(1) Vide Order No. 233 of 2014 dated 29.12.2014 the CBDT has ordered the transfers / postings in the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax / Principal Director General of Income tax / Chief Commissioner of Income Tax / Director General of Income Tax with immediate effect and until further orders;
(ii) Vide Notification No. 18 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014, the CBDT has notified that 128 IRS officers have been appointed as Assistant Commissioners of Income-tax;
(iii) Vide Notification No. 19 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014, the CBDT has notified that 185 Assistant Commissioners of Income-tax have been appointed to officiate as Deputy Commissioners of Income-tax;
(iv) Vide Order No. 1 of 2015 dated 01.01.2015, the CBDT has set out the jurisdiction of the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP);
(v) Vide Notification dated 01.01.2015, the CBDT has set out the reporting structure of the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP);
(vi) Vide Notification dated 01.01.2015, the CBDT has amended the Income-tax (Dispute Resolution Panel) Rules, 2009.
