The Bar Council of India is a Statutory Body responsblie for regulating the conduct of the fellow professionals and expenses incurred by Candidates in the name of convacing expenditure while entertaining the voters with liquor and dinner will come within category of “illegal gratification or bribe’ therefore should be condoned by the body which condomns the corruption among the officials.
